Active Release Techniques
As a certified Active Release Technique (ART) provider, Mark uses his hands to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. He uses ART treatment protocols—over 500 specific moves—to identify and correct your unique problem. Using ART is far from a cookie-cutter approach. Abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements. The use of ART in your treatment program provides a means to effectively, and rapidly, resolve injuries prior to surgical intervention. It's a hands-on therapy that corrects muscular and soft tissue problems caused by scar tissue created by overuse and cumulative or repetitive stress trauma. Through this process, we are able to locate and break down the scar tissue—adhesions—which cause pain, stiffness, weakness, numbness and physical dysfunctions associated with strain or injury. Like any treatment, ART is not a miracle cure for every condition. However, when properly employed, the documented success rate of ART is over 90%, even with such chronic problems as carpal tunnel syndromes and rotator cuff tendonitis.
IntelliSkin – Expect more from what you wear.
Posture, whether good or bad, affects the way we look, feel and perform. IntelliSkin products are scientifically proven to improve posture and alignment, simply by wearing them. IntelliSkin's unique, patent-pending PostureCue™ technology takes advantage of the way the thousands of our nerve endings in our skin respond to the outside world to create an instant and predictable neuromuscular response.
IntelliSkin PostureCue™ products mimic healthy muscles by providing constant feedback that improves how you move and feel. Similar to SPRT (Specific Proprioceptive Response Taping), IntelliSkin PostureCue™ products dynamically support muscle and joint injuries, decrease pain and improve sensory motor function. IntelliSkin improves your sensory motor function to instantly help your body move better and correct the muscle imbalances that are the cause of most injuries, pain and poor posture. This unique design stimulates nerve endings in your skin to achieve a predictable neuromuscular response, which stimulates muscles that are overused and tight, to relax and lengthen while weak, underused muscles are stimulated to tone and support you in the way nature intended.

For those who like to DIY (Do It Yourself), this is a great video on how to apply SpiderTech kinesio tape on your own. It's pretty tricky at first, but after a few tries, becomes much easier.
DMS: Deep Muscle Stimulator
Most muscle pain stems from various conditions, strain, lactic acid build up and scar tissue. The DMS uses percussive, mechanical vibrations that reach deep into muscle tissue to stimulate proprioceptive functions. No other device on the market matches the effectiveness of the DMS.
The DMS provides deep muscle tissue with kinetic forms of percussive and concussive vibration, which in turn facilitates the patient or athlete with the benefits of:
The DMS also concentrates on general or local muscle spasms. It increases muscle metabolism and increases the lactic acid cycle to relieve pain. Deep, rapid, short-duration percussion is the key to the elimination of pain. The DMS can be used in effective management of acute and chronic pain, not exclusive to, but including: migraine headaches, sciatica, TMJ, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, bursitis, edema, myofacial pain and frozen joints.
